Wedding Bells...

Wedding Bells are ringing...

Rehearsal dinner was Thursday evening were 2 families came together. We ate until we were stuffed and I had a once in lifetime experience. We got to sit in one of Tony's favorite automobiles... a TESSLA!

The big day has finally arrived!  My older brother is getting married today!

I was lucky enough to bring Tony along for the ride. I can only imagine how overwhelming it might be meeting my entire family at one time. I'm sure he will survive.

Hair... makeup... formal attire and off we go. Looking forward to a night of good eats, dancing with my love, and enjoying family.

P.S., I found my PROM DRESS!!! Here is a picture... WHAT!?! I have to keep Tony in suspense.

Monkey Wrench...

Hello Monkey Wrench, meet Penelope! In the last 2 weeks a few wrenches have hit me on the back of the head.

I've been cruising through my teens thinking I knew what I wanted and now I'm not so sure.

Stuff that I knew, I've had a crush on Tony since my Freshman year and knew one day he would be one of my best friends. As luck would have it, he is one of my best friends and MY BOYFRIEND.

Cut  to my Junior year in high school, I thought I was certain about my career path of Forensics with a minor in music. After his week, I'm not so sure.

My graphics class had a guest Graphics professional from FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising). She gave the class a project to design a poster. During the class she made a point to recognize my work and encouraged me to design a poster for a contest to win a scholarship for FIDM. After class, she practically chased me down to make sure I had the information to enter.

I truly love to design and create. I never imagined I could turn this creative side of my life into a profession.

So, now what? What to do? Confusion has set in and I feel like I'm at a crossroad. My parent's would support me in whatever I decide to do.

Decisions... Decisions... I have a lot to think about this beautiful Saturday morning.

BP...LB

Baby Puppy here... So, last week Uncle Henry brought home what I thought was a rat but turns out it was a miniature Schnauzer... "Ame" or "LB" (Lil Boy) as I like to call him is a small dog with a big bark!

LB is about the size of large rat. Since I'm officially the older sibling I've taken it upon myself to teach him the rules of the house.

Rule #1... no hiding underneath the furniture. We must sit on top of all the furniture. Especially the couch... "Get off the Couch" would be so touched to know LB is following this rule.

Rule #2... The kitchen is the place to be. Grandpa does all the cooking and always wants help with testing his creations. If we are patient something good always lands right at our paws.

Rule #3... Love the humans! Uncle Henry is a cool dude and loves teaching us how to play his awesome video games.

It's so cool to have a LB in our family! I mean how can anyone resist those ears!
